The hotel's location was a DREAM! it was very close to the subway station. The staff provided really good assistance with directions and recommendations, something i TREASURED.

The room was quite small. Storage space was limited for luggage. The bathroom lacked counter space, something i DISLIKED.

the room felt cramped , a common issue in densely populated areas , but it made maneuvering with luggage difficult. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy , especially during the night. this disturbed my sleep on several occasions. i found the bed too firm for my liking , and i missed having a softer mattress topper.

the location proved very convenient with the subway station right outside the building. the hotel restaurant offered a variety of options for breakfast lunch and dinner which was a big plus. i appreciated the staff arranging for my luggage to stay since i planned to return later in the trip.

i noticed the cleanliness could improve the room felt dusty and i wondered if it had been thoroughly vacuumed . trash was not emptied properly. i found a tissue on the floor that remained there even after cleaning. this needs to be addressed.

the room included fresh pajamas daily which was a very nice touch. bathroom supplies such as sunblock cleansing oil face wash and rubber ties were available. these are thoughtful additions not commonly found in other hotels i have stayed in.

the hotel featured laundry facilities which were very convenient to use. the check-in and check-out system was straightforward and efficient which saved time. being close to the train station and having restaurants nearby was advantageous for exploring the area.

i was quite frustrated with a few things. the room size was a joke. it seemed like they crammed a bed into a closet. also, the automated check-in was a pain. i waited longer using that system than i would have with a normal staff member.
