clean hotel comfortable bed friendly staff breakfast choice
the bed was huge and comfy. the bathroom included a proper wall, not glass! the staff were friendly and helpful too. i loved the great breakfast choices.

The rooftop pool offered a dj playing music on some afternoons. This created a good atmosphere. two metro lines are nearby. This makes accessing the city very easy. i walked to the waterfront too.

the beautiful double room city view was spacious and clean. it had floor-to-ceiling windows. a tablet gave access to international newspapers and magazines. the shower had excellent water pressure. i slept well.

Breakfast had varied choices including cooked goods. I tried many items. the staff heated some oat milk when i requested it. fresh options were readily available when requested. i felt welcome at all times

The staff were warm, friendly, and efficient. I found them helpful. the receptionist who checked us in was great. All the reception team were helpful. the breakfast room team offered a very good service to everyone.

The staff were helpful (especially the receptionist). The hotel provided a breakfast sandwich for my early flight.
The light show from the room was disappointing. It seems better to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor for the light show, a detail I wish I knew earlier.

The staff was so friendly! They even left thoughtful treats in my room. It. The facilities were also great. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar. The big comfy bed ensured restful nights.

The room is spacious and modern, it features a large bed. Cleanliness is a priority. The room was super clean upon arrival. There is also a tablet in the room with a pillow menu, for really good comfort.

pool music slow bar
The pool area was a letdown. Only eight beds sat up there. getting a spot to relax was impossible and the music was bad. also, the bar service was slow, with drinks sometimes taking 20 minutes. tables often had leftover glasses.

The staff offered amazing service. they welcomed me and were helpful, always with a smile. the bed was large. The room was comfortable with everything i needed. breakfast featured a huge selection. the rooftop pool and bar was a lovely spot.
