the pools seemed good. the reception and the waiters were ok.
The a/c did not work in my room. it only had a fan setting. the minibar was also broken. It did not get cold enough. there was a bad smell from the toilet.

The room lacked basic amenities such as tea or coffee making facilities. the absence of complimentary drinks, including water, during dinner was also disappointing. All beverages incurred an extra charge.

the food was very diverse, but that's not all. it's ok for children, the slides and the whole playground are ok for them. at the pool restaurant you can find peeled fruit, ready to eat. in the evening i could sit at the bar and have a drink, that's nice.
The cleanliness, or the lack of it, was shocking. in my six days there, the carpet in my room was never vacuumed. not once. the furniture was old, covered in scratches, and had dirty spots. the shower was in a similar state of disrepair. Turning it on meant water spilled from the shower head all over the place
