fantastic stay!
tasty options clean aquapark free parking
i found many tasty options during dinner. the aquapark was amazing, very clean. the room was super clean! there was free parking too.

superb stay, excellent facilities
large room many amenities diverse pools good selection
i found the room spacious and well-equipped with amenities, a good surprise. the food was tasty. the pool areas had diverse pools for both children and adults. restaurants located near the pool offered good selections of meals and snacks, which i really enjoyed.
the staff were not very good at providing information on the available hotel services, this was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is in a pastoral area approximately 30 minutes from the city. a bus station is near the hotel, providing convenient access to public transportation.

the breakfast offered multiple choices, including gluten-free and lactose-free options. dinner also provided a rich selection with different menus daily. there were approximately ten types of dishes and two kinds of soups.

the hotel includes a very nice indoor water park. the water temperature was wonderful. the pools were heated and quite big, offering ample space for many guests. the water park also has many slides.

broken minibar bad smell
the pools seemed good. the reception and the waiters were ok.
The a/c did not work in my room. it only had a fan setting. the minibar was also broken. It did not get cold enough. there was a bad smell from the toilet.

missing amenity extra charge
the gym included adequate equipment for a basic workout.
The room lacked basic amenities such as tea or coffee making facilities. the absence of complimentary drinks, including water, during dinner was also disappointing. All beverages incurred an extra charge.

diverse food pool restaurant peeled fruit lack cleanliness old furniture shower disrepair
the food was very diverse, but that's not all. it's ok for children, the slides and the whole playground are ok for them. at the pool restaurant you can find peeled fruit, ready to eat. in the evening i could sit at the bar and have a drink, that's nice.
The cleanliness, or the lack of it, was shocking. in my six days there, the carpet in my room was never vacuumed. not once. the furniture was old, covered in scratches, and had dirty spots. the shower was in a similar state of disrepair. Turning it on meant water spilled from the shower head all over the place
