convenient locationtram stopsshort walk
The location proved convenient. Tram stops are directly in front of the main entrance (this made getting around very simple). Museum Island is accessible by a short walk. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within close proximity to the building.
The lack of air conditioning was noticeable. I had to keep the window open despite the street noise (it was still manageable).

The tram stop was just across the street. The location near the metro made getting around very simple. The staff provided helpful transport suggestions. Parking on the premises included an unloading area.
The room lacked air conditioning, so I kept the windows closed.

The room was clean (which is always a plus). I appreciated the provision of two separate towels. The breakfast was good. It had various options to choose from.
Plugs in our room did not work. There were only two available in a room for four people. We had to take turns to charge our devices. There was no proper ventilation in the room. The A/C seemed to be broken. We could not open windows, and a fan was not provided.
