charmed stay in a fun hotel
helpful staff central location boutique feel unique decor
the staff were genuinely helpful. the location was very central (easy for exploring). the hotel had a great boutique feel with unique decor. the scent throughout the hotel was also a lovely touch.
i thought the bar area could have used a bit more atmosphere, perhaps with some background music.

I enjoyed the convenient location near parking facilities allowing easy access to various destinations. The hotel provided a beautifully designed room with great amenities. Staff were polite and always ready to assist making my visit seamless.

the building had a georgian style. i appreciated the quirky features. the location was good with nearby parking.
my room faced the road, and it was very noisy. i noted there was no double glazing. the windows were draughty.

the location was acceptable. it was near the station.
The room i booked should have been a premium king room, but it was not. it was small, unlike the photos. The furniture was also not premium. breakfast only had cold options at the buffet, while hot options required an additional charge.
