I was upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, a nice surprise. the hotel is close to the main attractions, a short walk to shops and restaurants! breakfast included several options. I liked the full english. all the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
the shower door had a design flaw. water leaked onto the bathroom floor. this required extra towels to manage, it was slightly inconvenient.

Location was a plus as it was close to many attractions. the staff were helpful and cute. I found them accommodating to my needs. the room was spacious and well-equipped with an iron fridge and kettle. the breakfasts had many tasty options on the menu.

the location was convenient for exploring the area. the reception staff were mostly efficient.
My room, a boutique individual room, faced the street, i believe. there was considerable noise from traffic early in the morning. the curtains did little to block the light. I woke up much earlier than i wanted. also, the bathroom was quite small and lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries.
