friendly staff good storage
the hotel is so central. the staff were super friendly and happy to store my luggage after check out. it was handy! i found the room a good size and lots of storage for my clothes.

charming stay close to everything
room upgrade short walk english breakfast
I was upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, a nice surprise. the hotel is close to the main attractions, a short walk to shops and restaurants! breakfast included several options. I liked the full english. all the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
the shower door had a design flaw. water leaked onto the bathroom floor. this required extra towels to manage, it was slightly inconvenient.

The location is very central, close to various restaurants and shops. It's tucked away on a quiet street. the hotel is conveniently situated for exploring major sites without steep climbs. the roman baths are very close.

the georgian house conversion maintains a stylish feel! there are no elevators in all sections. parking is available, conveniently located near the hotel. the bar has a limited menu and closes relatively early.

The staff members are generally very friendly and helpful. breakfast service seemed a bit chaotic at times though. the quality of the breakfast met expectations for the price.

excellent location accommodating staff spacious room tasty options
Location was a plus as it was close to many attractions. the staff were helpful and cute. I found them accommodating to my needs. the room was spacious and well-equipped with an iron fridge and kettle. the breakfasts had many tasty options on the menu.

street noise limited space
the location was convenient for exploring the area. the reception staff were mostly efficient.
My room, a boutique individual room, faced the street, i believe. there was considerable noise from traffic early in the morning. the curtains did little to block the light. I woke up much earlier than i wanted. also, the bathroom was quite small and lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries.
