easy check-incomfy bedspure relaxation
the check in was a total breeze, it was very simple. our suite had very comfy beds, they felt amazing after a long day. the spa was lovely, pure relaxation.
i noticed the pool could benefit from more seating, there wasn't enough chairs.

The room was a spacious suite.. it included a comfortable seating area. The leisure facilities impressed me. The pool was clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet featured many choices, including fresh fruit and hot dishes.
The gym's music was a little loud at times.

I really liked the attentive staff. They were always ready to assist. the food and drink at the restaurant were amazing!!! i also appreciated how lovely the hotel and its grounds were.
the absence of air conditioning in the rooms could be a problem during hot weather. i found no information in the room about contacting reception, inconvenient. additionally, service at breakfast was a bit slow and inattentive.
