convenient location and smooth experience
quick check-in comfortable beds large room cute staff
i appreciated the quick check-in process and the comfortable beds. the room was large and clean with a decent view. there were three bathrooms in the two-bedroom apartment and i found this arrangement very convenient for my family. the staff was cute and always ready to assist with a smile.
i did find the air conditioning a little lacking in power and it struggled to cool the room effectively at times.

breakfast is served at a nearby bar. this bar offers pretty good options and provides a change of scenery from the hotel itself. a starbucks coffee machine near the entrance is available 24 hours a day.

the room had a fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. a universal power outlet was available for international travelers, and a minimart is located near the entrance. wooden room keys added a touch of quality to the stay.

excellent location dining option friendly service mediocre breakfast lacking selection extra payment
The location is good, close to many dining options. It is easy to get a ride. The staff provides excellent and friendly service. My kids enjoyed THE pool very much.
The breakfast was mediocre AT best. It took place in the next building outside the hotel. There was a lack of selection, and cappuccinos required an extra payment. These amenities are NOT what you would expect.

unclean dishes unstable wi-fi
The location was acceptable for accessing the Petronas Twin Towers. It was within reasonable walking distance.
I encountered multiple issues . The housekeeping was subpar because the provided dishes in the kitchen were not clean upon arrival (I had to specifically request a thorough cleaning). the unstable Wi-Fi signal made it difficult to conduct simple work tasks.

great location kind staff living room paid parking unstable wifi tv issues
the location was fantastic. the staff were kind and accommodating. i enjoyed having the kitchen and living room area. it was like home !
the car park was not free , i had to validate touch & go at rm10 each time i drove out. the wifi was unstable , especially in the main bedroom. the tv cut out randomly , and then the tv resumed the program.

strategic location really good room service shuttle services
i appreciated the hotel's strategic location , a short walk from major attractions. the room service was really good, the food always arrived promptly and was well-prepared. the hotel provided complimentary shuttle services to nearby shopping malls , a real convenience. i found the availability of universal power sockets within the room quite useful.
i found the breakfast arrangement less than ideal , as it involved pre-packed boxes due to the restaurant's closure.

I appreciate the hotel's proximity to a big mall and park. The swimming pool was a nice amenity to have access to. My room included comfortable beds, a bathtub and a separate shower. The apartment was large, offering plenty of space.
The room cleanliness can definitely improve, as I noticed some stains on furniture.
