Nathan greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful. I had two meals in the bar restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! Sherman was very courteous in the afternoon. Jessie was great to talk to at the bar.

The rooms lacked air conditioning and south-facing windows made it HOT.

the pool was supposedly heated. it still felt very cold. this applies to both the outdoor and indoor pools. there was no one at the spa desk, so i did not bother the main reception to book a massage.

small roominadequate storage

i stayed in this hotel with a expectation of a relaxing trip. the room size was small, with little space to move. storage for clothes was inadequate. the bathroom was small and outdated. there was a unpleasant surprise with the bath. the toilet didn't have a soft close lid. the shower had no curtain, water splashed everywhere. there was no air conditioning in the room. we were very hot during the evenings.
