Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Need Addressing

I must say I was quite disappointed with several aspects. The most glaring issue was the cleanliness. The room felt rather dusty. Another concern was the slow service at the poolside restaurant. Waiting one and a half hours for desserts only to walk out is really not acceptable.

i enjoyed the spaciousness of our family suite. the little balcony offered a nice view overlooking the pool. i also appreciated the heated family pool, especially useful during the cooler months.
the lack of umbrellas for all sunbeds was a minor inconvenience. i noticed this issue, particularly during peak hours when finding shade became difficult. more umbrellas would improve the poolside experience.

the restaurants offer high-quality food, nami was a highlight with excellent service. the buffet had a wide selection, ensuring there was something for everyone each night. reservation availability in restaurants can fluctuate.

the hotel is on the sunny side of the island, with direct access to the promenade. nearby, there are cliff walks and volcanic tide pools to explore. the location offered both convenience and scenic beauty.

the family pool is heated, a bonus during cooler months, while the larger pool is not. kids can enjoy the kids club, mini disco, and a large kids' fair. paddle surfing is available in the pool too.

the family suite had plenty of space for a family with two kids. our balcony overlooked the poolwith a nice view. the suite's layout catered well to family needs.

staff members such as noemi, sofia, and rocio in the red level lounge were perfect. roberta and sofia at the red level breakfast also stood out. fernando at the family pool bar offered prompt, friendly assistance.
