I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in the Two-Bedroom Chalet The Barn. It had all necessary appliances for meal preparation. The cabin offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. I also liked the convenient parking right on the premises.

mixed feelings about this stay
dirty bathroominadequate soundproofing
The room was not as clean as i would have liked it to be. there was some hair in the bathroom, a rather unpleasant discovery. i also found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear my neighbors quite clearly, interrupting my sleep. this place just needs better upkeep and attention to detail overall.

Wonderful Stay Close to the City

The location offers a great balance. I found it easy to cycle into the center in about 30 minutes. The lodge itself has beautiful wooden details and a nothing noisy away from the busy crowds. The surrounding area provides quiet for walking and cycling. A nearby fruit farm features a fresh food market where I got supplies.
I noticed a very slight problem, the cabins are a little close together. This reduced privacy somewhat. it did not affect my overall experience.

I tried the on-site pizza with drinks one evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I saw that a breakfast service is available, though I did not participate (but it is mentioned elsewhere).

Parking is available at the structure (a plus). Internet access worked well. I noticed there was no television in my room, which I didn't mind. The hot tub looked especially relaxing (though I didn't use it).
