i found the breakfast buffet had wide range. my room in the victory annex was spacious. it had great views of the city and sea from the balcony. non-alcoholic drinks stocked in the room minibar were a nice touch, and the room included a comfortable writing desk.

the room had a nice balcony, a detail i appreciated.
The pool was a disappointment. It felt more like a public bath than a relaxing hotel amenity. there were constant noises and disturbances from other guests. the staff seemed unwilling or unable to address the noise issues. the entire experience was far from the peaceful retreat one expects.

I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. It had a wide variety! the room, a beautiful suite king, was spacious and offered fantastic views. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. They made my stay very relaxing

The room was superb! I got the Georgetown Suite and it felt very spacious. The mini bar items were free. I also had access to the lounge. I got to enjoy tea and coffee all day! There were also drinks and snacks between 6 and 7 pm.
The front desk staff lacked initiative. That's true! I arrived early. No one offered me a place to wait comfortably. I had to ask about suite lounge access. It was a bit of a hassle to get settled in. The sound insulation could be better. I could hear music from the ballroom at night.
