A Romantic Getaway
amazing job stylish feel fantastic cocktails
I loved the birthday decorations in the room, the team did an amazing job. I was SOOO happy. The hotel had a stylish feel and it was very clean. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. All the staff were friendly.
The pool felt a little cold. I spent only about 10 minutes there.

mixed feelings, to be honest
the location was acceptable, situated near public transport.
The room i got had this really off-putting damp smell, and that just wasn't a vibe. it wasn't just a faint odor. It was the kind of stench , made it hard to relax, and that's not what i expect.

clean room modern aesthetic faulty plug outdated tvs
the room was clean and beautifully designed. i liked the glass walls and modern aesthetic. the romanian receptionist was cute, helpful, and professional.
the plug in the bathroom sink was not working. i reported this issue to reception, and they sent someone to address it while i was out, but it remained unfixed. the tvs seemed outdated and lacked the ability to cast content or access the internet efficiently.

Okay stay, some issues.
room decoration excellent team dirty carpet room cleanliness
The room itself definitely exceeded my expectations. I had originally made a request for a few balloons and cake. I was happy with the decoration upon entering the room. The guest experience team made sure that everything was just as I had asked for.
I noticed the room was carpeted. The carpet looked kind of old and dirty. I found dust here and there. I have concerns with the room cleanliness.

helpful staff professional service faulty plug jacuzzi problem
the staff were helpful on arrival. bags were taken to my room. the room had professionally explained functions.
the bathroom sink plug did not work, even after it was looked at. spa facilities were disappointing, as the jacuzzi was out of order.

fresh options attentive staff
I loved the breakfast selection! they had so many options, and it was all fresh. the hotel staff was also super attentive. They really made sure i had everything i needed.
the room's lighting could've been brighter, it felt a little dim at times though the general design was very nice.
