The valet parking was convenient, and the concierge offered helpful assistance throughout my stay. My full English breakfast was delivered to my room, and I enjoyed it a lot. The location proved ideal for accessing key city attractions. The hotel staff were always friendly and ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The pillows in the room were too large and firm, a bit difficult to get comfortable.

The modern room design was acceptable. It felt clean and functional.
the bar service was slow. i had to actively search for a staff member to get served, which took away from the experience. the bar bill for two standard drinks was nearly £30, and i consider that excessive.
