ineffective air conditioning soft pillows
the air conditioning was REALLY ineffective. the room was too warm, even with it set to the lowest temperature. i also found the pillows to be too soft for my liking, causing some discomfort during the night. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.. a real letdown.

valet parking made arrival effortless. the location is central! friendly staff. the cocktail bar had a cool vibe and delicious drinks. i enjoyed those moments so much!
the room was quite dark, but honestly, i got used to it quickly.

the whatsapp messaging system to reception proved convenient. staff members were attentive and proactive. they were really good to meet requests ! i felt very looked after.

Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, so delicious. the full english included streaky bacon. Maybe next time, i'll ask for back bacon! drinks have to be pre-booked before and after dinner!

decent stay, but some issues
firm mattress mattress topper
the mattress was too firm for my liking! i woke up with a sore shoulder. the staff couldn't provide a mattress topper? apparently the mattress already had one. the extra duvet and pillow helped a bit, but the second night was still uncomfortable.

dakota, a spot-on choice!
easy valet parking excellent room superb bar
i arrived and the valet parking was easy to arrange! checking out was also seamless. the room was excellent and the bar was superb. the team was very friendly, also very helpful.
The air conditioning wouldn't turn off, even after i powered it off on the wall control panel! the mattress was really soft. It dipped in the middle.

Excellent City Center Stay
valet parking helpful concierge delicious breakfast convenient location
The valet parking was convenient, and the concierge offered helpful assistance throughout my stay. My full English breakfast was delivered to my room, and I enjoyed it a lot. The location proved ideal for accessing key city attractions. The hotel staff were always friendly and ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The pillows in the room were too large and firm, a bit difficult to get comfortable.

slow service excessive bar bill
The modern room design was acceptable. It felt clean and functional.
the bar service was slow. i had to actively search for a staff member to get served, which took away from the experience. the bar bill for two standard drinks was nearly £30, and i consider that excessive.
