beautiful landscapingfresh milkgin garden
the grounds included lovely outside spaces and beautiful landscaping. i found extra touches in my room, like fresh milk in the fridge. the gin garden added a superb, lovely touch to my stay.
the room i had was slightly small , but i understand it's an old building.

the breakfast included great choices for all diets. breakfast was not a buffet but served at the table, a very personal touch. the restaurant also offers food and dinner with a lovely view into the inner courtyard.

the staff was friendly and cute. reception provided a room upgrade , with a separate lounge. the staff helped with parking and gave clear information regarding time limits. they were very helpful and professional.

the hotel included a fridge, an iron, and an ironing board in the room. rooms were also clean and quiet and located a ten minute walk from the center. gardens were well kept and added beauty to the grounds.

The location was acceptable and provided good access to nearby areas.
My room was not up to standard. I found the furniture to be cheap and shabby. The bathroom radiator did not seem to function at all, and this made the room very cold.

The staff was helpful. the hotel offered a sleep pillow spray, such a cute detail. the location proved convenient, a short walk to the heart of the city. It was so tender! the rooms were warm and comfy. It was like a dream.

the location is central, providing quick pedestrian access to the city center using bridges. the hotel offers easy access to the west side city walls in the other direction and it enhances the visit. the area is so romantic!

The comfy double room was adequately furnished. It had a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The bed was comfy. Parking was available on site for a reasonable rate. This was convenient. WiFi worked very well.
The bathroom was small, and the heated towel rail was not working. The room heater was NOISY. It made it difficult to sleep, and the room got cold. A shelf in the bathroom had some rust.
