room upgradeamazing viewsconvenient accessreally good food
my partner and i received a complimentary upgrade to a supreme room complete with amazing views. we brought paddle boards and could easily access the lake directly from our room. the hotel also thoughtfully added rose petals to our bed, acknowledging our anniversary. the food was really good.
The corridors echoed quite loudly. I could hear every little noise, and the floor seemed to amplify sounds which was slightly distracting.

The room included a massive tv and a comfortable settee perfect for admiring the view of the lake, providing an oasis of peace. the patio set allowed us to sit outside, though it was a bit chilly. It was very romantic. there was a huge big bed with soft pillows.

the stairs to reach the reception were a bit much.

the staff displayed admirable HOSPITALITY. They swiftly upgraded my snug room to a room that has a balcony. The bed was very comfy and the room also features a large TV.
cleanliness should improve because i saw carpets stained. The decoration looks out dated inside the hotel. it would be better to keep everything tidy for the best guest experience

the spa is amazing plus children had access until 1 pm, an advantage for families. The lakeside views from the spa elevate the relaxation. The parking facility provided ample space at both the front and rear of the hotel.

the bathroom was tiny. the continental section at breakfast was limited and offered only filtered coffee. i also found it odd they required a £50 deposit upon arrival.

the staff were friendly , a positive aspect of my stay.
i was frustrated that the hot tub was full of couples as a solo traveler. it really detracted from the relaxation i had hoped for.

uncontrollable temperatureants infestation
My room was less than satisfactory. The shower water temperature was almost impossible to control. There were ants in the bathroom and on the bedroom wall, and a Mars bar bit laid near my bed. The room cleaning was not thorough enough, judging by the state of things.
