Wonderful stay with helpful staff

The front desk staff was always available. The employees were very helpful with directions to the train station near the hotel. I found it very convenient for traveling everywhere after arriving. The mountain views from the pool were wonderful.
The bus service to the ski area was limited. It made getting to the slopes early in the morning a bit difficult. Ski hire shop was closed between 12-3pm.

the hotel's shuttle service was a letdown , as it only started running after 12:30 pm. this made it difficult to get to early morning activities. the restaurant's options were too limited , which was annoying after a long day. breakfast selections were poor at 16 euros per person.

The air conditioning did not function in my room. Staff could not fix it or move me to another room, which caused considerable discomfort. I also found the decor in the room to be quite dated.
