Mediocre stay, some issues observed
cold steam room old elevator
The hotel location is good for accessing nearby attractions.
The room was quite dated, it did not feel like a 4-star hotel. The steam room in the spa was cold, this was a disappointment. the elevator felt very old and the doors closed quickly.

The staff was cute and friendly. daniella at the front desk was super helpful. She. leaving my bags after checkout allowed me to enjoy my last day a lot more!
The hotel rooms seemed really small. They felt unsuitable for human living.

decent location poor room conditions
crumbling ceiling cold pool
the hotel is well located close to transport and town center it was very convenient
the room felt dated particularly the ceiling was crumbling in the bedroom and bathroom the room was also quite cold i wouldn't consider it a true 4-star experience the spa facilities were disappointing the pool and steam room were both cold

wonderful stay!
perfect location cute staff convenient bag storage helpful bar man
I loved the location. It was perfect. the staff was so cute, i felt very looked after. leaving my bags after check out allowed me to enjoy my last day even more. the bar man was helpful. He recommended two lovely wines for me to try.
the shower had high fluctuations in temperatures. this meant i could burn myself.

The underground car park was very convenient. This is a big plus. the spa includes a steam room. My husband loved it. the pool area is very pretty indeed.

The breakfast was wonderful. I have to say the food was AMAZING!!! there was fresh bread and pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurts and juices. espresso drinks were also available.

the staff was prompt and professional which i find very reassuring. the cleaning team provided service that was above average. staff members were generous and went the extra mile to maximize my experience.

the location is excellent in the middle of the cable car station. it is near a prime photo spot and all city centers. it is within a block of many restaurants and is perfectly situated for exploring.

quick resolution breakfast choice fresh ingredient
the staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the television. they moved me to another room. the breakfast included many choices and tasty food. fresh ingredients were used to make it.
the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours limiting access to some equipment
