good locationdated decorout of service sauna
The location was good everything was nearby.
The room decor felt a bit dated I must say. The bathroom seemed rather small. one of the saunas remained out of service for the duration of my stay it seemed.

unhelpful staffcash deposit
I was NOT impressed with the service. The staff seemed unhelpful. I asked for a restaurant recommendation. They said they couldn't assist. the ski locker required a 20 Euro cash deposit, annoying since I don't carry cash and had to find an ATM. This policy created an unnecessary inconvenience after a long day on the slopes.

the location is AMAZING, right in the town center. everything is easily accessible. the staff members were very helpful. they assisted me with parking my car in the basement carpark. the rooftop spa provided beautiful views!!!
