temperature inconsistency neglected boot room
I found the lack of attention to detail annoying. the shower's temperature was all over the place. One day it was scalding, and the next it was barely warm. also, the boot room really needs some upkeep. It felt neglected, draughty showering.

useless tv unfriendly staff
the tv was pretty useless (i think it was older than me). i couldn't find any english channels, so that was a bummer. also, there was no coffee in the room, a serious offense in my book. the staff at the front desk seemed like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging my existence, definitely not winning any friendliness awards here.

Acceptable stay, some aspects need improvement
The location was very convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants.
The room was small. It felt quite cramped with four people. We had to keep the windows open to cool the room, but then we could smell smoke from a neighbor. This made sleeping difficult.

Decent stay in central location
city center calming sounds pretty room missing plug visible hair high money
The hotel is close to the city center. It made getting around easy. The room overlooked the river and provided sounds, this was very calming. The breakfast room was also pretty.
The receptionist did not find a plug for the bath. The plug in the sink did not fit the bath. I was disappointed since the children could not enjoy a bath after skiing. I also saw hair in the plug hole when showering. The room wasn't perfect for that money.

superb location friendly staff mountain view
the location was superb , near the town center. the staff were very friendly and helpful. my room included mountain views and i enjoyed the sound of the nearby river.
the television in the room was quite small , resembling an ipad.

central location friendly staff comfortable room
the hotel had a fantastic location in the town center. the staff was friendly and helpful . my room overlooked the river and offered a nice view. i found the room to be comfortable and a good value for the money.
the hotel room could have used a bath plug for the bath, i did ask for it. it was not provided, disappointing.

The hotel features a bar on site. i noticed that parking is available. the spaces are tight and more suitable for bikes. breakfast was offered in a buffet style.

the hotel staff were informative, kind, and accommodating . they provided helpful information and assistance. luggage storage was available, and the staff looked after my belongings securely, which i appreciated.

the hotel is in the town center, close to the train station, restaurants, and stores. it is five minutes from the ski bus station and ten minutes from the main bus station. a supermarket and laundry are super close.
