The hotel is modern and classy. i arrived mid-morning. Staff held my bags. this allowed me to explore the city. the location had many sights, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.
the onsite food seemed a bit overpriced.

my room included a large bathroom. the bathroom featured a stand-up shower with a rainfall head. it also had a wand, nice toiletries and two sinks. there was a large vanity for getting ready.

i spent months planning a family trip and this hotel was very good! the general manager. valeria and giuseppe. amira in guest relations helped us navigate the city and our personal needs. the breakfast manager brought out extra pastries and espressos to start our days.
the minibar prices were definitely a little high, but that's pretty standard for a hotel like this.

the breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit and pastries!!! the rooftop restaurant had amazing views and tasty cocktails. i really enjoyed the high-quality food and drinks that were available at multiple locations.

my prestige king room was spacious and well-kept with great air conditioning!!! the bathroom had modern fixtures and plenty of towels. i especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and slept well, even being away from home.
