food selection local specialities bus station overwhelming sound cleaning staff
breakfast had a wide selection of foods. it even included some local specialties. i loved the great view from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. the hotel is next to the bus station.
the noise in my room was overwhelming. It was not possible to sleep. the cleaning staff entered my room twice and woke me up even though the sign was on.

Excellent Location and Service
convenient location friendly staff
The location is convenient, especially with the bus station just across the street (this made airport transfers very easy). I also found the staff very friendly and willing to help with any requests. I appreciated the connecting doors arranged for the children. The breakfast was varied with ample choices.
The parking situation was inconvenient. The hotel suggested a nearby public parking lot with extra cost.

Wonderful Stay at a Central Location
convenient location superb customer service clean room rooftop terrace
I found the location convenient (right by the bus terminal!). The staff provided superb customer service with in-depth knowledge of the city. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, mostly healthy food, and the rooftop terrace views were fine.
The pillows were a bit too hard for my liking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. I was kinda surprised by their readiness to satisfy every need. Carmen kept my room super clean. I appreciated her work.
