I found dining convenient as the hotel is part of a pub. This made getting meals easy. the staff were lovely and very helpful. i highly recommend the chalet. the chalet was clean and the bed was comfy.
the lighting in the room was limited and the dresser table light did not work.

the wedding i attended here on july 5, 2025 was great. the grounds were amazing with well-kept flowers and a charming bandstand. i noted a prosecco van was available, a nice touch for wedding pictures. the smooth event organization, i believe, reflected positively on the staff.
My room felt overly warm, requiring that i leave the curtains open to keep the window ajar. the garden lights were beautiful. they stayed on. this impacted my sleep quality.
