I appreciate the receptionist. She upgraded us. The upgrade to a lovely annexe happened because of stairs to our original room. she did insist on carrying my case and took us there, very charm.

my experience with breakfast wasn't good. i waited a long time for our food but received the wrong order. the produce for my full English breakfast was of poor quality.

the room was luxurious for its price. The room had a continental buffet with a cooked-to-order menu. it was very nice and big, and so quiet too, i'm impressed.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room which was restocked when needed. Ample wardrobe space MADE THE ROOM VERY convenient.

the room was a good size. the king-size bed was very comfortable. there was great parking available, and its location close to the m1 was helpful. i will definitely stay again.
