the breakfast was fab! the tv came with sky channels, i loved it. the staff was friendly and cute, that's for sure. the hotel was lovely inside, felt so fancy.

the location is great, especially because its very near piccadilly station. it is off the main street, so it remains quiet. two lines of free buses stop just outside the station, offering easy access to the city centre.

The breakfast menu had a great selection. mauricio, who served us, was super friendly, this. he even changed the black pudding for an extra sausage. The service was the best.

the room included sky sports on the tv.

the coffee machine didn't work. the staff did bring me coffee quickly, but it was still an inconvenience. there wasn't a bathtub, just a shower. this was disappointing since i was looking forward to a relaxing bath.

for two days the complimentary shower gel and shampoo bottles in the shower were left empty i had to request they be filled via note to the housekeeping staff also there was never a spare toilet roll always reminded me of jeopardy
