i visited twice this year. the room was excellent and the food was amazing! the service was top notch, like, seriously. the staff were so cute, helpful, and always smiling! even on christmas eve and morning, they were super cheerful.

the receptionist put me in room 403. it seemed really tired and the lighting was so dim! showering felt hard, the water pressure was so weak.
