cute stafffresh fruitgreat spa
i found the staff very cute (especially vlad and peter!). they provided fresh fruit and water daily in the room. the spa was a great asset after touring for a day.

the staff were helpful during check in I had no problems there it was acceptable as expected
i was not pleased with the room size at all it was much smaller than anticipated the bathroom lacked adequate shelving space specifically for toiletries the towels provided were substandard with some even exhibiting holes i did expect fluffy towels given the hotel's star rating

Excellent Stay near Paddington Station

The location is superb, close to Paddington Station. The room was clean and a decent size. I found the bed linen and mattress particularly comfortable. The bathroom was new and spacious. The shower head provided excellent water pressure.
The hotel took a security deposit in cash upon arrival, but did not return it at checkout.

The staff seemed to remember me each time I passed through. I had breakfast there twice, and the food tasted wonderful. The service was efficient and attentive, I felt well catered for during my dining experiences.

The staff was attentive, they made check-in fairly quick.
The room was smaller than I anticipated. It felt cramped. I also had trouble with the air conditioning, as it was either too cold OR too warm. Maintenance never came to fix it despite my requests. I had to unplug it at night.

The staff were attentive. The location is near Paddington Station.
The room size was a big problem. It was small. the overwhelming smell of curry permeated the entire hotel and became off putting. I consider a brighter, more modern, and spacious inn instead.
