Decent Stay with Noise Issues
loud musicloose door handle
The loud music from the pub downstairs went on way too late. It continued until 1 AM. They should have stopped it earlier! the bedroom door handle was loose. It seemed like it could break at any moment, and I worried about getting stuck in the room.

the staff were very friendly the room was freshly decorated the bed was comfortable complimentary bottled water was very welcome i had my own dedicated bathroom it was very clean and warm
loud music continued until 1 am from the pub in the room below a woman also screamed and swore in the street at 1 am the music should have stopped earlier i wasn't instructed properly about the exit in the morning i ended up going out by the fire escape we weren't given enough information

amazing stay! definitely coming back
friendly staffclean suitecomfortable suitetasty sandwiches
the staff really tried to. the suite was clean and very comfortable, i felt at home. i loved that the staff helped accommodate an afternoon tea for my family! everyone had so much fun and the sandwiches were great.
The bedroom doorhandle was a bit loose. I was worried i might get stuck in the room or that someone had tried to break in. It could use some tightening.

The hotel is in a central location, it made it easy to walk around and explore nearby shops! i could easily access the town centre, it was only a short walk. it was very convenient. I never needed a car.

the staff were very helpful and cute. they were always ready to assist with any questions! i really appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile, this, i enjoyed my trip

the room was clean. it included nice crisp sheets. i also appreciated the large towel provided! all the facilities worked great, the tv and kettle were perfect, i used them every day, they where useful.
