The staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with nice cafes nearby. I loved the inner court. It seemed like a true escape. Breakfast featured fresh juice and tasty pastries.
The room had a very steep stairs that was inconvenient.

The residence is in a great spot, providing easy access to many attractions. You can walk to Baixa-Chiado metro in about ten minutes. Plenty of restaurants and bars are a short five-minute walk.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. the breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. I especially liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. the hotel is near tram 28 (that was great!), but also in an excellent location to walk around and explore. it is only 10 minutes from the train station to cascais and the time out market.
i noticed a small stain on one of the towels, but it was quickly replaced when i mentioned it.

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, cheeses, and pastries. there was also a selection of cooked food available each morning. coffee, tea, and juices were readily available.

the breakfast was great, i had freshly made juice every morning. home cooked pastries were available too. the staff were very helpful, very friendly it seem. the location is very convinient for exploring the city, so i could get around easily.
my room was in the 4th floor, and there was a narrow steep stair. it also had bad lighting. the bathroom was not so great, the place for the washing machine had a board with an open edge. i feel there was risk of injury.
