the breakfast selection was varied and tasty (i loved the fresh pastries!). the location is central. i found the staff to be really helpful with directions.
the room size was a bit smaller than expected. noise from the street was noticeable at times. the lack of a dedicated concierge desk was occasionally inconvenient.

A Romantic Florentine Dream

The location is VERY central. The train station is just a short walk. The superior double room offered ample space and BEAUTIFUL decor. Breakfast each morning included a delicious assortment of homemade cakes, what a TREAT!!! I also appreciated the honesty bar, a lovely spot for a quiet evening drink.

i found the hotel modern. its central location is a major plus. the duomo is just a short walk away. the staff provided helpful service. the breakfast buffet had lots of choices.
the shower wasn't working properly, even after i asked for it to be fixed, it remained the same. for a five-star hotel, that's not good enough.
