i found the hotel very close to the railway station , , made arrival easy. i appreciated the walking distance to the prado museum. the room was newly upgraded, it featured very comfortable beds and a superb bathroom.
the hotel didn't offer complimentary water. i had to purchase it from the minibar.

the hotel's location proved central, near many spanish bars and restaurants. a train station was easily accessible, alongside a park only down the road. the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness, while maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. i especially liked having the railway station so close!
i experienced a slight inconvenience with the limited natural light in the room. the room faced inward, looking into a courtyard, and this caused a bit of darkness.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a pool and lounge area. This was good.
The air conditioning had a fault. It started dripping on top of the bed. I reported it at reception. I had to change rooms late at night. I needed to check out early the following morning.

the hotel location has easy access to retiro park and reina sofia museum. my superior double room included a nice modern suite. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful .
i was overcharged at the spa, and i hope the refund is processed soon. the agreed price was not honored upon checkout.
