dated furnituredisruptive noise

the room showed signs of wear, with furniture appearing dated. housekeeping was not always thorough. i also found the noise from housekeeping staff to be disruptive early in the morning. the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced considering the quality.

staff was cute. i loved the complimentary mini bar in the room. the bar was also friendly and value for money.

the smell of synthetic air freshener was really bad. it poured through the ventilation system. i did not enjoy it at all.

I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and allowed easy access to all major sites. I appreciated the walkable distance to attractions, especially the prado museum.

My room faced the city, THEREFORE noise from skateboarders downstairs was noticeable.
