Excellent location and friendly staff
quiet park great view friendly staff
The room was nice with an excellent view to the palace. The view overlooked a very quiet park. I found lots of bars and restaurants around the location. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.
the ac only worked at 50%. management said there was nothing they could do about it.

The room included a large, comfortable bed and fresh linens. I found ample storage with a spacious closet and several drawers. A work desk with accessible power outlets was available. The provided amenities.

A breakfast voucher for €10 secured me an excellent breakfast. The cafe offered fresh pastries, coffee, and a selection of hot dishes. Its proximity to the palace added to the dining experience. I appreciated the convenience and quality.

Really good Stay with Unmatched Service
perfect location helpful staff room cleanliness good shower
The location was perfect for accessing tourist attractions. I walked everywhere. The staff, especially Alina and Jose, were very helpful. I appreciated the room's cleanliness, it was well-appointed. The shower in the bathroom was very good.
The sound insulation could be better. I could hear some noise from the surrounding area.

The room had a beautiful view of the Royal Palace. It also included a comfortable bed and well kept furniture, complementing the overall ambiance of the room.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
poor soundproofing uncomfortable bed
the room lacked proper soundproofing, a problem. noise from both inside and outside the building was very audible. i could hear conversations in adjacent rooms and street noise was disruptive at night. this made it difficult for me to get a restful sleep. the bed wasn't particularly comfortable either, it felt quite firm.
