wonderful experience
really good location cute staff beautiful view baggage care
the location is really good. i was right across the street from hampton court palace. the staff were very cute and friendly . breakfast was perfect and the boathouse had a beautiful river view. the hotel staff ensured my baggage was looked after both before and after my official stay.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. i liked the option of a continental breakfast. the taste of oz special event dinner was efficient and enjoyable. the food was AMAZING!!!

my room was spacious and luxurious. the room was super clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. i found the bed very comfortable. the tea tray was ok, though i missed biscuits.

the hotel location is perfect. it is opposite the historic hampton court palace. the thames river bank setting is excellent. the hotel provides free tickets for the palace, a real bonus.

the service was very friendly and professional. lily at reception helped address and sort out my needs. i appreciated the staff catering above and beyond for food allergies. the manager and staff ensured a perfect stay.

really good service, good details
riverside setting great kindness plentiful food afternoon tea
our wedding reception was held here, and the boathouse proved to be a beautiful riverside setting. the sun streamed through the windows and made the room lovely. the team displayed great kindness during planning and were very attentive on the day. the food included plentiful, beautifully presented canapés and afternoon tea.
housekeeping missed cleaning the room on the second day.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness and made every effort to ensure guests felt valued. they provided assistance willingly and attended to details promptly. the team designed us themed cocktails for the evening , this was fabulous.

friendly staff complimentary wine spacious room dark room few sockets extra charges
The reception staff was very friendly upon my arrival. I was offered a complimentary glass of wine, charmed. My room was ready, and I was shown directly to it. The room was spacious and clean, I liked it.
The room was quite dark, I noticed. There were few plug sockets. Getting ready was difficult. Breakfast had limited options unless I paid extra, such as charges for a basic latte. I was disappointed about this extra charge!

a mixed experience overall
street traffic lack of air conditioning
The room i got, a culture room, felt a bit cramped. it was also surprisingly noisy at night. i could clearly hear street traffic, quite disruptive. i also was not happy that there was no air conditioning. Only a small fan was available, it barely made a difference during a warm day.
