The staff were all helpful. i liked the superb location. I could walk to lime street station plus stores and restaurants at the nearby shopping center. a one-bed apartment had basics for cooking a pasta dish and kept wine cold, which i greatly appreciated.

the shower had inadequate pressure and made washing difficult. the air conditioner struggled to heat the space sufficiently. the mattress and pillows were unfortunately uncomfortable, affecting sleep quality.

The location offered easy access to shops and restaurants. The room included modern appliances and it was very clean. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere since the hotel is off a pedestrian area. I also found the staff to be helpful .

The deposit refund took a few days to process back into my account. Though I received it, the delay was slightly inconvenient.
