the location was convenient for walking to many attractions.
The room felt cramped (smaller than expected), and the bathroom was oddly configured. I think there could be improvements.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff surprised me with wine and chocolates on my birthday. The dining area staff were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast included fresh squeezed juices, some of the best I've ever had. The coffee was also great.
The doorknob was a little tricky to use at first. It took some getting used to before I could easily open the door.

i requested an additional key card for the room, it was provided after my request.
