the room felt spacious and clean. i appreciated the helpful front desk, it was easy to get assistance. many tube stops were very close, brick lane was accessible. breakfast nearby was delicious.
the wet toilet seat when i arrived was a slight inconvenience.

The room was large and clean, a GREAT bonus for a city stay. I enjoyed the breakfast (the pastries were fresh). The hotel has a pool, a bowling alley, and a cinema.
The reception area seems a little worn.

The staff helped us so much when we dropped our luggage early. The calm atmosphere had a very GRAND feeling. The room had so much space and the towels were so fluffy. The blackout blinds gave a great experience, reducing any effects from the night before.
The hotel lighting was DULL with hardly any natural light available. Housekeeping knocked early, before our scheduled check-out time, wanting to know if i needed anything, this was unwelcome.

the room included a very large king-size bed with plush bedding. There was a spacious seating area and a modern bathroom that included a separate shower. i think the overall design promoted relaxation after a busy day.
