The staff are amazing. Alice at the restaurant was very polite. The reception staff were equally helpful. I found the check in process very seamless. Rooms were clean. The room was very close to the airport. It was walking distance only.
The hotel is not easy to find. I found no visible signs leading to the hotel. It was hard to find at night.

inadequate signagemistaken substitute
i experienced some issues . The signage directing from the airport WAS inadequate. i also found it difficult to get assistance with a simple request as the shower gel. i contacted customer service multiple times without an answer, and one staff member mistakenly offered lotion as a substitute. such basic issues greatly detracted from the experience.
