The location was great, just a short walk to Gate 20 of the mosque.

My room was quite disappointing. I paid a considerable amount for my stay, but the apartment lacked basic amenities like a proper dining table. The reception staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and I felt a sense of dissatisfaction throughout my visit.

i appreciated the hotel's ideal location. it was a short two-minute walk to masjid nabi. finding food was easy because of its closeness to food places and shopping centers! multiple entries from all sides provided easy access.

the wi-fi signal wasn't strong, requiring me to reconnect frequently.

i found the proximity to gate 17 for women convenient it was like we were right inside the haram the housekeeping staff were attentive and promptly provided extra coffee when requested our suite was spotlessly clean each day thanks to masood's excellent service
