convenient and comfortable stay

the hotel's proximity to al haram is a definite plus it is a short walk to gate 318 making access very easy i received an upgrade to a family suite offering more space and comfort the breakfast offered a good variety of choices and the quality was good i found the staff to be very helpful and cute throughout my stay
the phone in my room did not seem to work i could not reach any extension from it

Excellent Stay Near the Mosque

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with my luggage upon arrival. My room was upgraded, a pleasant surprise that enhanced my experience. The location proved convenient. The mosque was only a short walk away (maybe five minutes). I appreciated the proximity to key food outlets. Finding dining options was easy.
The variety in the breakfast was somewhat limited. It mostly catered to Middle Eastern tastes. I would have liked to see more international options.

The room included comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. Daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries, and the room size was adequate for our family (two adults, two children).
