a haven of comfort
metro access haute couture clean hotel warm welcome
the hotel is near the metro providing easy access to the city center. i enjoyed a leisurely walk down the avenue with its lovely shops. i found the hotel spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. the staff extended a warm welcome .
i found the selection at breakfast to be somewhat limited which was a small disappointment given the otherwise high standards.

lovely stay near everything
ideal location plentiful breakfast attentive staff good pastries
the hotel's location proved ideal. it allowed simple access to various parts of the city. the staff demonstrated attentiveness plus friendliness, particularly with directions. breakfast was plentiful and good (i especially liked the pastries).
the room i stayed in was a bit small, impacting comfort. the view wasn't great, as it looked onto an inner courtyard. natural light was limited because of this view.

the 'il basilico' restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and lunch, it offers dinner too. the quality was excellent, the service stood out when i dined there. i found a good selection of fresh items.

Excellent hotel stay
easy access helpful staff clean room soft beds
The hotel location provided easy access to many main attractions. Reception staff were helpful. I found my room clean and quite comfortable. The soft beds were super.
The hotel provides only one coffee cup in the room for the entire stay. This was not replenished even when I asked.

The rooftop pool area offered a lovely space, especially suitable during the warm weather. The design and decor incorporated light public areas and a well-designed foyer. This included a rooftop bar overlooking the area.

Charming Stay Near Avenida da Liberdade
relaxing escape beautiful view easy access quieter area
I found the hotel located near Avenida da Liberdade. The plunge pool on the rooftop offered a relaxing escape. I appreciated proximity to Parque Eduardo VII. It has an incline and beautiful views from the top. The hotel provided easy access to a quieter area of the city.
I noticed the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from warm to hot. It was a minor inconvenience during my otherwise good stay.

Breakfast offered an excellent range of choices. I found the freshly filtered coffee particularly enjoyable, it was a lovely way to start the day during my time at the hotel. The staff made sure everything was perfect.

helpful staff decent size coffee facilities fabulous food
The hotel staff was very helpful at reception. My room was a decent size and it had coffee facilities. The bathroom offered two types of showers. The Italian restaurant served fabulous food.

shallow pool deceptive photos
The rooftop pool was more like a paddling pool. REALLY shallow. The rooftop bar lacked any atmosphere, it was like a self-service ghost bar. I found the photos quite misleading and deceptive. It was NOT what I expected.

small room inconsistent shower
i found some issues. the room felt a bit small. also, the shower temperature was inconsistent, changing quickly from warm to hot. this made it hard to relax. the lack of power sockets near the bed was also annoying!
