The location was fantastic (it was central). The staff was friendly. They were very good too assist with everything i asked for.

The room was small. There was insufficient hanging space for clothes. I found only a coffee machine and no kettle, even though tea and coffee making facilities were advertised.

I found the location central. it's close to landmarks and transit options were convenient. i appreciated the friendly staff. Deanna was especially helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. the room on the top floor was clean and spacious for three people.

the shower had some mold, which i noticed . the bathroom also lacked ventilation, leading to humidity. i had to ask for drinking water at the front desk, as it wasn't readily available in the room.
