The hotel is near the ExCel centre. The room had a good view. Customer service provided was great. Breakfast had varied options. Judith was particularly lovely and helpful at breakfast.
The bathroom cleanliness could be better. There was an eyelash and some red hair present. Reception provided an unsatisfactory response. They were unable to resolve the issue immediately.

underwhelming stay, sadly.
rude staff
the lack of communication from the staff was definitely a problem, especially since my requests weren't accommodated. the bar staff were also borderline rude, lacking any pleasantries. housekeeping parked their trolleys right outside my door and were quite noisy early in the morning.

i found the staff quite helpful, especially navid and jacob. jacob even got us food when our ride cancelled, a thoughtful gesture. the hotel felt clean and the breakfast had yummy options.
the shower had a broken part, a minor thing. i emailed the hotel about it, but got no response, bit annoying.

the hotel is in a convenient spot near the excel. prince regent dlr station sits close by. this makes travelling to different areas easy, you can get anywhere.
