the location was superb, a short walk to battersea power station, it offered diverse restaurants and shops, a true gem. our room upgrade to a suite was a delight, a generous and welcome surprise. the staff were always polite and attentive, their kindness enhanced our stay. the pool and spa area provided great relaxation, a tranquil escape after a busy day.
some carpets showed heavy stains, a minor imperfection in an otherwise lovely setting.

The location next to battersea park and the river thames was really great. transport was easy using the water taxi, underground, and national rail. i found the staff friendly and helpful. One even got a cushion for me from the lobby. the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was plenty to choose from, and the dining area was spacious.
