rigid sunbeds lower quality food
the sunbeds are really bad now they have rigid aluminium ones that get too hot and are too narrow. they put a stretched linen material over them but it's awful for anyone with 'old bones'. i got cut on my shin because the corners are sharp management didn't care. the food quality has gone down too even though it looks nice it tastes like second-rate stuff.

underwhelming experience
low food quality limited lactose-free options
the hotel itself looks good and the lobby impressed me most
i found the food quality to be low especially at the buffet i also noticed there were very few options suitable for those with lactose intolerance the entertainment was clearly aimed at foreign tourists and ignored spanish visitors the pool bar lacked variety it did not even sell ice cream or slushies

a return to excellence
really good cleanliness hotel grounds
i loved the top floor sea view in the central section. it gave a wonderful view of the dunes and hotel grounds. the room was clean and staff maintained this standard.
i arrived to a ground floor room facing a cement wall. the front desk claimed they were fully booked.

the hotel has a very good location for attractions on our list. car rental is about 600m away. evening entertainment was pleasant with live music or a view from el oasis restaurant balcony overlooking the dunes.

the buffet meals from breakfast to dinner features the most extensive range every single night. the two pools are great with plenty of sunbeds. cleanliness throughout is really good. ruben in the dining room is credited as an organisation.

The breakfast was diverse with a great selection. The gym was well-equipped with a pleasant atmosphere.
There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. We also had to pay extra to use the safe (it was quite unexpected).

mixed experience
undercooked omelets limited room view
i was a little disappointed . the buffet food was not great. at breakfast, pastries seemed stale and undercooked omelets were common (i sent several back). also, my room faced a drive and another building, so there was not much of a view. i'm not sure i would return.

Really good Stay!
courteous team comfy bed great food available staff
The reception team was courteous. They were also very attentive. I found them helpful. The room had a large comfy bed. The bathroom shower area was more than adequate. Buffet food choice was unbelievable!!! Reservations for the other two restaurants are recommended. I reserved them at reception upon arrival.
The evening entertainment, as many have mentioned, was a bit hit and miss. One band could not speak English. They mumbled through each track. It reminded me of one of those funny foreign auditions for the X-factor.

The room included a safe and a stocked minibar. The balcony offered ample space with comfortable seating. A large television provided various channels. Climate control kept the room temperature ideal, contributing to a comfortable stay.
