really good experience at great location

refreshing escape superb pool useful bus

The location felt special. It was like stepping into another world. the included pool was superb and offered a refreshing escape. i found the bus station nearby very useful for quick transport. breakfast include tasty options which were very various.

the staff did not inform us about the parking fee. i was not prepared for it.

The breakfast selection met my expectations. It was adequate.

The minibar was not working upon my arrival. I contacted reception. They said maintenance staff were unavailable at that hour. The receptionist offered to store my food in a fridge on a lower floor. This was impractical because I had already unpacked.

the location was convenient with easy access to the bus stop for transport. (i do like that).

fresh option breakfast buffet thermal water vegetable oil untrained staff poor treatment

The breakfast buffet featured so much variety. The selection was great with super fresh options. The thermal water in spa is healing. I enjoyed how close it was to public transport.

The restaurants uses vegetable oils and sugar. The staff seemed like not properly trained. This made things difficult to address. The treatment given by Csilla wasn't great.
