a somewhat middling stay
friendly staffsmall family roomfaulty shower door
the staff was friendly enough and did there best with what they had.
the family room i booked was to small, it made moving around difficult. the room did not match the pictures online, a significant issue i find misleading. the shower door didn't close properly, it made a loud noise whenever i tried to shut it, quite inconvenient.

i liked the hotel's location near the ramblas and a metro station. rooms feature a modern design with toiletries from rituals. staff offered early check-in and luggage storage. the hotel's decor stood out, with its artwork and unique design throughout.
the room i got on the top floor was quite small, it did not match the size i expected.

i found the location convenient. it was very central and near many attractions. the staff were polite. they arranged everything i requested. the hotel design felt chic. it had a good concept.
the alleyway felt a bit unsafe at night. i noticed some questionable characters around the area.
