lovely stay near las ramblas

i found the staff very warm and cute. i enjoyed the rooftop pool a lot and the bar had a nice atmosphere. i could easily walk to many shops and restaurants from the hotel it was really convenient. i would consider staying here again it was a positive experience.
i thought the walls were a little thin. i could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms this was only a minor issue though.

the staff was attentive and helpful with directions to local attractions i found the room immaculate upon arrival it was great i had no issues during my entire stay everything was in working order. i particularly enjoyed the central location it allowed easy access to many points of interest i found public transport nearby.
the lift service was occasionally slow especially during peak hours but it was a minor inconvenience.

friendly staffsmall family roomfaulty shower door
the staff was friendly enough and did there best with what they had.
the family room i booked was to small, it made moving around difficult. the room did not match the pictures online, a significant issue i find misleading. the shower door didn't close properly, it made a loud noise whenever i tried to shut it, quite inconvenient.

i found the location convenient. it was very central and near many attractions. the staff were polite. they arranged everything i requested. the hotel design felt chic. it had a good concept.
the alleyway felt a bit unsafe at night. i noticed some questionable characters around the area.
