The staff provided amazing service, including a surprise gift... Breakfast on the 24th floor offered a beautiful view. Ordering breakfast directly from the chef added a special touch. Spa services were top quality, I felt very pampered.
I found the hotel's decor rather dated and a bit dull. The use of stainless steel walls created a cold atmosphere. It could benefit from a more modern touch, it would be more cute.

The room looked exactly as shown in photos I saw beforehand. This met my expectations.
The hallways reminded me of sensory overload. Finding the elevators became a task, and I almost missed them a few times. The flooring in my room was awful. I noticed soft spots in some areas and separated sections in others.

I found the room clean and spacious. the level lounge offered a nice selection of snacks. the concierge was very helpful and addressed all our needs efficiently. I was pleased with their service. the hotel's location was very convenient, and it was easy to walk to various attractions.
