The staff was attentive and helpful. They really made a difference. the location in the gothic district was convenient and near many sites. our double or twin room balcony included a safe and a mini bar, which i found very useful.
the room was smaller than i expected and there was no good space for an open suitcase. the bathroom was really small too. the toilet was placed too close to the wall.

The staff were attentive and helpful and offered a lovely welcome. All areas were clean and well presented.
I have never been in a room SO small. It was only marginally bigger than a walk in wardrobe with none of the charm. VERY claustrophobic because there was no natural light. There were only two small skylight windows in the ceiling and one small window that was blocked by the bed.

I found the location perfect, right in the gothic quarter. it was easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. the staff were helpful. I especially appreciated the cava upon arrival. the breakfast had many choices with pastries and eggs and coffee was always available.
The room i was in faced a side street and street noise was audible. It slightly affected my sleep.
