unbothered staffdangerous phones

The customer service was very disappointing. when my father was trapped in the bathroom because of a jammed door, the staff seemed unbothered. there wasn't an apology, and they didn't check to see if he was okay. i was also disappointed that the phones in the bathroom were not working. This seemed dangerous to me.

The shuttle service was not reliable. i waited almost an hour for the airport shuttle. It was quite frustrating. then, the room's climate control was not working properly, it only seemed to pump out heat. it was a very uncomfortable night, unfortunately.
